  • Restored Senior Citizen tax exemption in three referendums
  • Lowered millage rate for nine consecutive budgets from 14 to 9.25
  • Paved and resurfaced more roads in history of Warner Robins
  • Middle Georgia Co-Generation Plant
  • Annexed more than 17 square miles – increasing Warner Robins from 18 to 35 square miles
  • More single-family building permits, commercial, and multi-family permits in history of Warner Robins
  • Developed 206 acres heavy industrial park with railroad frontage
  • Revitalization east of Pleasant Hill Road with the moving and demolition of 400 sub-standard housing
  • Received State Department of HUD Best Practice and First Time Home Buyers Award in the nation
  • Recognized as Soil Conservationist of the Year by the Ocmulgee Soil Conservation
  • Increased public safety from six million dollars for fire and police protection to 13.6 million dollars while still lowering taxes
